Service Description

3 sessions during the course of your pregnancy - intial 60 mins - 2 follow ups 60 mins - constant email support during your pregnancy - 2x 15 min coaching calls  ideally we are meeting once in each trimester to check in with energy intake, nutrients, blood work, overall health and continuing to reduce your risks of conditions such as Gestational Diabetes, Hypertension, Preeclampsia and supporting iron, B12, thyroid and metabolic function.  ask me about health fund rebates.

Cancellation Policy

to cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours before appointment commences. Cancelling an appointment thereafter will accrue a 50% charge of that appointment.
