the best time to begin, preconception care, is 3 months before you conceive.

this 3 month program is for those beginning their conception journey. ideally, starting this program 3 months before conception.

the program begins with a 75 minute session focusing on preconception nutrition - which is fundamental for a healthy pregnancy. understanding your goals, expectations, current health status and your dietary habits. as well as your past history of medication/health, movement practices, overall health, family history and lifestyle.

​the next 2 sessions are locked in to the calendar at 3 weeks apart where we discuss blood test results in great depth (and any other test ie semen analysis, transvaginal ultrasound etc). in accordance with these results (and your health/habits), we make positive changes with sustainable aims.

the pregnancy pack is to give you ongoing support from first trimester care and advice throughout your pregnancy.

​each trimester comes with it's own challenges, changes,  pathology reference ranges, ebbs and flows.

- tailored dietary advice

- preconception, each trimester and postpartum blood analysis' 

​- potential therapeutic interventions such as supplementation; a tailored supplement regime of practitioner only supplements that are okay for your situation; whether on medications avoiding any contraindications and if you're breastfeeding, ensuring the safety of what you're taking.

- assisting you with how to prepare your health for each trimester, being guided for recommended foods during your pregnancy. helping you with controllable risk factors such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia.
