connect: the day retreat for mums.

If I know one thing to be true it is this - mums need mums.

That’s why the idea of a group of mums gathering to connect, indulge in self practice, to nourish and unwind, makes me feel extremely excited and feels correct.

It’s why I knew throwing a postpartum party made excellent sense!

This party is for you if you’d like to spend the day:

  • doing Yoga (both vinyasa + mellow)

  • want to connect with other like-minded mums

  • having some time to and for yourself

  • nourishing your body with nutrient-dense food (uninterrupted by “mummmyyyyyy” or intense screams)

  • breath work, resetting your nervous system.

  • (option to) participate in a mothers circle: feeling seen and heard

  • slowing down, actually being able to stop

  • getting out of the house and out of the routine for a hot minute and in to a beautiful space, to feel inspired

  • learning ways you can optimise your health after baby/s.



    As a mother, you are no doubt incredibly gracious and forever in the position of giving. I invite you to give back to yourself and join us on retreat. A day to party! Celebrating what it means to be a mum, a woman, a force of nature…

our day will begin with an hour of a fluid fun free flow (vinyasa).

after a long (well deserved) savasana… we will reset the nervous system with a 30 minute breathflow (breath work) workshop.

after this, there will be time to wander around the stunning property for some fresh country air, or sit and journal/read on your mat or make friends. this is your time to connect.

my favourite way to connect - over food.

hearty, wholesome, healthy and tasty food!!

we will join for lunch with views of gumtrees, deciduous trees and the eclectic art on the property, amazingly all repurposed and recycled.

(lunch and refreshments are included).

after a gorgeous group lunch date, we will take some time to digest and relax - can you believe!!

meeting back as a group in the early afternoon for a mothers circle - style workshop.

taking some time to connect over the shared joys of this season of life - whether you’re a new mum or not, this does not matter. all mums deserve to be seen, heard and have the space to connect.

time to stretch it out with a restorative flow - longer holds and a mellow approach to yoga - it’s not quite yin and it’s not a slow flow: but a combination with the intention to unwind and untangle.

we will then “shake it out” with a mini dance / movement practice to feel reset and lighter.

get outside and enjoy the view on the lake for some tea + afternoon delights.

afternoon tea + refreshments will be provided to satisfy a sweet tooth!

then it’s time to learn how to “eat like a mum”.

what we work on a lot in my clinic: nourishing the mother.

cos mums are real good at, well, eating from their kids plates….

a mini nutrition workshop on nourishing your body for optimal energy, consistent energy, healthy hormones and happy-mums..

this includes taking home a mini meal plan to get you started and inspired!

a goody bag will also be going home with you with some little treats, cos mums deserve treats!!!
